@ zenet - What evidence? A static multiplier works fine.
1) SSJ Goku / SSJ Vegeta had barley increased prior Buu arc.

2) While there base states had increased many folds. the Manga shows this.

3) That's why a decreasing SSJ boost works.

Yeah but where is it implied their Base Forms get far stronger?
1) When Vegeta said he can win the World tournament at Base. Remember Base Vegeta was multiple times weaker than piccolo cell games but now hes saying he can win at Base?
